Comprehensive Evaluations & Assessments

Upon the initial evaluation our therapists provide a full diagnostic written report, which will be reviewed with you either in person, or via a telephone conference following receipt.

Individualized Therapy

Each therapy session is a 1:1 intensive, yet play based 45 minute session.

Group Therapy

Children of similar ages and therapeutic goals may be paired together in order to address issues such as pragmatics/social skills or play skills.

Functional Treatment Plans

Our treatment plans outline the specific needs of your child and they provide detailed information about the long term and short term goals of therapy. Therapists work with patients and their families to create a total treatment plan.

Home Programs

Home programs aid in increasing the child's skills in between our session. They are provided on a weekly or 2x per week basis to increase carryover.

Online Home Programs

These colorful and interactive programs are consistently updated to suit your child's current level. They allow the parent and child to work together on specific tasks delineated by the SLP via an online internet-access based program.

Regular Progress Reports

Regular reports are provided to reveal improvements, explain recent progress and list updated working goals. Such reports are provided every 3 months and can be provided more frequently, if necessary.

Parent & Teacher Conferences

Our SLP's schedule 1:1 in person meetings to discuss the student's current standings. Conferences with any other professionals including other therapists, or other important adults in the child's life may also be scheduled.

Consistent Pediatrician Updates

We continuously strive to update any medical professionals involved in the child's life, including their pediatrician. We may use progress reports, phone conferences and in-person meetings to keep these professionals abreast on the child's current level of function.

Frequent Collaboration & Meetings with Teachers

Our SLP's consistently meet with and coordinate with your child's teacher in order to employ consistent strategies, provide educational updates and ltailor your child’s speech program by learning about their performance at school.

Teacher In-Service Training Workshops

Our workshops may include topics such as may include topics such as warning signs, or red flags of communication issues, developmental milestones, or to provide general Q & A sessions regarding various communication topics.

Parent Training Workshops

School Classroom Screenings

Provided year round to schools, daycares, camps, community centers, playgroups.

Home Based Therapy

A premium service during which the SLP will travel to your home to provide 1:1 services for your child.
