Brittany has a passion for helping children find the best way to communicate and strongly believes in a collaborative approach. Brittany believes in working with all members on a child’s team including teachers, parents, siblings, and other specialists. Brittany enjoys incorporating play, games, music and positive reinforcement into therapy as much as possible so each child leaves their session feeling proud and with a smile on their face.
Brittany grew up in Dallas, Texas and received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Texas at Austin. She then moved to Washington, D.C. and received her Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from George Washington University in 2015. Brittany is a member of the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
Brittany has worked with adults and children in a variety of settings including schools, hospitals, and private practice. She has also provided evaluations and treatment for children with a variety of disorders such as Autism, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and social communication disorders. Brittany enjoys working with children of all ages and loves helping kids reach their goals!
