Laura’s positive energy, fun spirit, flexibility, and passion to help others allows her to create a positive environment to help children achieve their goals Laura enjoys collaborating with other professionals/caregivers (teachers, parents, BCBA’s, therapists etc) in the child’s environment to facilitate the most growth and achieve their full potential.
Laura earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from Loyola University Maryland and holds a Master of Science in Speech-Language and Hearing Sciences from Boston University. Laura received her certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is licensed to practice speech-language pathology within the state of Massachusetts.
Laura has experience working with children ages 2-24 in a variety of settings (preschool, middle school, private practice). She has experience evaluating and treating children with a variety of communication disorders including: expressive/receptive language delays, social-emotional, AAC, social-pragmatic language, fluency, and articulation/phonological disorders.
Laura currently lives in Brookline. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with friends and family, watching Boston sports, and taking spin classes.
